At De Vere Hotels, our approach to making your event or conference a success is really quite straightforward. You ask. We do. It happens.

Of course, it helps having 10 amazing venues across the UK that can’t fail to inspire and motivate. As does offering you genuine flexibility in size, layout, facilities and room dressing – from small, intimate corporate events to large-scale, themed conferences for up to 800 people. And really, that’s what it’s all about – people. Us and you, working together to achieve a uniquely refreshing event for your guests and delegates.

What does it mean for you?

Among other things, it means assigning an Event Expert to join your team, help carry the load, and simply look after you. It means being ready with creative ideas and fresh suggestions to add to, or build on, your own. It means being on hand 24/7 and working around you and your schedule (not ours). Making it happen

Put simply, you set the agenda, we help you fulfill it. For example, at Mottram Hall, we laid on ‘Brain Food’ breaks to keep delegates in tip-top mental condition. At Slaley Hall’s outdoor pursuits centre, we run activities for hundreds of conference delegates – from archery to quadbiking to Zorbing (look it up!). While at Oulton Hall (our rhubarb specialists), we surprised delegates with themed fruit smoothies and energy boosters. The point is, at De Vere Hotels you start with a blank canvas, and we help you create a masterpiece.

Settling the bill is easy, too. It’s ready for your sign-off before your event finishes; for easy departure. And it will be clear and transparent – with absolutely no hidden extras.
