Dine like royalty with Afternoon Cream Tea at Oulton Hall, sample over 200 whiskies at a whisky bar in Cameron House, or dive into extraordinary dishes such as Salmon with Raspberries at the King’s restaurant at The Grand, Brighton. What’s more The Grand has just been awarded their own AA Rosette, so that’s more reason to sample the delicacies De Vere Hotels has to offer.

We are delighted to say that the Martin Wishart restaurant at Cameron House has just been awarded its first Michelin star; this is testament to the fantastic skills, variety and great local produce on offer. At De Vere Hotels we pride ourselves on the culinary levels we provide. Testament Tribute to this is the fact that both The Grand and Dunston Hall have also been awarded the AA rosettes.


Plus, some of our produce, such as our John Ross smoked salmon range, supplies the Royal kitchens throughout the country. All this means is that you know there’s quality in each and every bite.
