Etiquette

It is advisable to prebook all sessions; phone 01476 593200. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your appointment as late arrival may result in shorter treatment times. 

The Spa is an opportunity for you to escape from your mobile phone. Please keep it switched off.

Cancellations

All cancellations made without 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge. 

For party bookings, a 50% deposit is required. Without 48 hours notice of cancellation a 100% charge will be incurred.
