After changing, head to the Biospace Fitness Assessment for a comprehensive health screening so we can get a precise picture of you and where you want to be. We’ll then analyse and consult. You’re now set and ready to go, so you hit the gym sampling the latest TechnoGym Cloud experience - equipment that maps to your smartphone so you can track your progress. Very swish!

After an energising exercise class you head for an Indian Head massage using the finest ESPA products. You linger in the relaxation area in anticipation of an impromptu Hot Stone Treatment.
