University Arms provides space to think in this crowded city. Unhurried meetings can be held in any of the well appointed rooms and a business centre gives the back up you need, fielding calls and offering a number of business services.


We have nine dedicated meeting rooms, state of the art facilities, and brilliant back-up, to ensure that your meeting at University Arms runs as smoothly and productively as possible.
Our meeting rooms can be set up in a number of different ways. Depending on your needs, our organisers will recommend which room and which seating configuration is best for you.

We have excellent experience in planning conferences, product launches and exhibitions, fashion shows, cocktail receptions and gala dinners. Whatever you want or need, we are on hand to help you. 

Function Rooms

We have a number of impressive meeting rooms for every type of corporate event. All you need to do is ask: 300 delegates? You need the high-ceilinged Ballroom. Board meeting for 10? We suggest The Cromwell Room. However we can help, we will.
